Peanut Tech makes Fortune God Lucky Roller available to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms of Service.
Continuing to use Fortune God Lucky Roller means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, you should stop using the game.
This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Parents and guardians who consent on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for that minor's compliance with these Terms.

- Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art

Our Liability Cap
If something goes wrong and you have a legal claim against Peanut Tech, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — or $100 USD if you haven't paid us anything.

Your Indemnification Obligation
The following indemnification terms apply to your use of Fortune God Lucky Roller.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peanut Tech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Fortune God Lucky Roller use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Handling Legal Disputes

No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with Peanut Tech on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

Account Termination
Your use of Fortune God Lucky Roller can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.
You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Fortune God Lucky Roller at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.
We may discontinue Fortune God Lucky Roller with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Governing Law

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peanut Tech is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.
